Return Policy
At Terra e Água USA, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Items: Sandals must be in their original, unworn condition. They should only have been tried on for initial sizing. Sandals that show signs of wear beyond initial try-ons are not eligible for return.
- Sizing Note: Our sandals are available only in whole sizes. We recommend sizing up if you are between sizes. Please consult our sizing guide before making a purchase.
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at sales@terraeaguausa.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the sandals and include the Return Authorization Number inside the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we make an error with your order.
Refunds:
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned sandals, we'll notify you of the approval status within 5 business days.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Due to limited stock, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any associated shipping costs.

- International Returns: Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and shipping costs for international returns.
