Orders Over $50: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.00 within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Rates and Methods:

Standard Shipping: For orders under $50, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Expedited Shipping: Need your sandals sooner? Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, which will be displayed during checkout.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment at any time.

International Shipping:

Currently, we ship only within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any associated shipping costs.

Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you for the correct address and reship the package at your expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
